Our Office

We value your time, therefore we strive to stay on schedule at all times. You may expect to be seen on time except for emergency situations. In return, we ask that you extend us the same courtesy. In the event that it is necessary for you to change an appointment, we request 48 hours advance notice. This will allow time for another patient in need of care to be seen.

*Dr. Karr and Dr. Hardee are available to patients of record for after hours emergencies. They can be paged twenty-four hours a day by calling 806-352-2800. Our call routing system enables you to immediately page Dr. Karr or Dr. Hardee.

Find Us

Our office is located in the Northwest Texas Professional Building. From I-40, drive south on Soncy, past the light at 34th street. The building is on the left side of Soncy.

The easiest access to our office is using the building's main entrance. Walk in under the canopy, once inside, take a left and continue around the curve; we are the first office on the left.
